سلب مسولیت سیستم هوشمند آب
سیستم طوری دیزاین شده تا توسط پروگرام و الگوریتم از روشن و خاموش شدن دفعتا جلوگیری شود تا عمر واترپمپ بیشتر گردد، هرگاه بعد از نصب سیستم واتر پمپ میسوزد و یا استبلایزر میسوزد سیستم به سوختن آن ارتباط ندارد و شرکت هیچ مسولیتی ندارد
سیستم برای یکسال از کارکرد ضمانت دارد در صورت که سیستم کار ندهد، سیستم توسط شخص تخنیکی شرکت بررسی و ترمیم میگردد ولی پول سیستم دوباره پرداخت نمیگردد.
اگر مشتری دچار مشکل تخنیکی میشود و شخص مسول شرکت را برای بررسی سیستم میخواهد الی یکسال خدمات آن مجانی است. اگر بعد از بررسی مشکل تخنیکی مربوط سیستم ما نه بلکه مربوط برق و یا نلدوانی میشود. مشتری حق الخدمت شخص مسول را تحویل بدهد.
Disclaimer:
- The system is designed in such a way that it protects the pump from sudden turning on and turning off to increase pump lifespan, if any fault occurs to the pump or pump’s stabilizer or the pump dysfunctions it’s irrelevant to SMART water pump system and the installer company is not liable.
- The system is guaranteed for one year for its functional operation, if there’s any fault only company’s technical personnel can check the system.
- If there’s any issue and technical employee is requested for support, if the fault is of the system it will be repaired free of cost until one year. If the fault is irrelevant to the smart water system the client shall pay the service fee and labor cost.
